Our Staff

The staff at Milano Systems has been hand-picked on the basis of both their personality and skill. They are informal and light-hearted, but bring serious skills and focus to the job. It is a combination that has allowed them to keep existing clients happy, as well as expand our client base through referrals and marketing, attracting new customers from an array of industries.

Our Leaders

Dominic Minervino, Founder

Dominic founded Milano Systems in 1985 because he saw an opportunity to contribute to the structure and processes of varied industries and to design a software solution that breaks the corporate mold. With degrees in both Mathematics and Education, he designed Milano’s highly successful and popular Fashion 2007 software for the apparel industry and Spa & Salon 2007 software for the beauty industry.

Dominic saw the value in surrounding himself with passionate people that share his goals and visions. With the right people in place, Dominic was able to turn his attention to his love of education and began to initiate strong partnerships with many of the top beauty educators in North America. Dominic has traveled around the world to participate in various seminars both as a guest speaker and as a facilitator. Dominic has also provided his expertise to many multi-million dollar businesses within the industries.

Paul Pagliaro, President & CEO

Paul joined Milano Systems in 2002 as Chief Operating Officer following a successful career in the financial industry. During his time in this vertical, Paul became fluent in the areas of financial planning, investment management and wealth management. It is this experience that has seen Milano triple in growth under his guidance.

Paul has also spent the past 22 years indirectly involved in the beauty industry as a partner in a salon. This involvement in the industry has afforded Paul the insights into what is important to Milano clients and as a result has been instrumental is seeing client retention climb to 95% and customer satisfaction reach an impressive 96% - the highest ratings in the industry.
